Marvin's Room
huomasinpa tänään lehteä selatessani, että yle1 tarjoaa tänään laatuleffaa. puoli kymmeneltä alkaa loistavien näyttelijöiden tähdittämä marvinin tyttäret. näyttelijäkaartista erityisen mieltymykseni kohde on meryl streep, mutta toki mainitsemisen arvoisia ovat myös leonardo dicaprio, diane keaton ja robert de niro. typerästä amerikkalaisesta perheidyllistä irtioton tekevän elokuvan keskipisteessä ovat riitaantuneet siskokset, joista toinen sairastuu leukemiaan.
taisin käydä tämän katsomassa elokuvissa joskus silloin monta vuotta sitten. nyt haluaisin ehdottomasti katsoa tuon leffan, mutta työkaverit hieman pyytelivät lähtemään radalle. tämä dvd pitää ehdottomasti kuitenkin hankkia. en edes ole muistanut tätä hienoa elokuvaa pitkään aikaan... aika erikoista. tuosta elokuvasta nimittäin olen omaksunut rennon kielenkäyttöni psyk-puolta kohtaan. marvinin tyttärissä siskokset keskustelevat streepin pojasta (dicaprio) ja keaton käyttää termiä mielisairaala paikasta, jossa dicaprio on. tähän streep toteaa, ettei heillä käytetä tuota sanaa ja keaton on pahoillaan luullessaan loukanneensa siskoansa. siihen streep toteaa rennosti, että heillä puhutaan hullujenhuoneesta osoituksena huumorintajusta.
jos joku on siis miettinyt miksi lappari on minulle hullujenhuone, terapeutti on kutistaja ja psykiatri on psyko niin kaikki tämä juontaa juurensa marvinin tyttäristä.
illemmalla on tosiaan tarkoitus suunnata yöelämöimään. ainakin jos en simahda sitä ennen. töistä on lähdössä näitä nuorempia naisia ulos ja pyytelivät minua mukaan. jos saisin houkuteltua jotenkin jk:n vielä avecikseni niin voisin kyllä lähteäkin. sitten voisin ainakin olla varma, että tanssilattialla olisi väsymätöntä seuraa.
